I would buy an Esprit or an Imagine. They are both pretty easy to upgrade and they don't come with a lot of stuff your not gonna want anyway. Welcome to SEA. Go through the "show us your spyders" topics and look at others markers and maybe get an Idea of what you want. If you need any help , just post a thread or PM me.

stay with the spyder one!! just upgrade the hell out of it. most all spyders perform about the same anyway. search for upgrades on the home page.

Okay.....I was just like you 3 months ago. Let me help you out. First go to pbreview.com and look at all the reviews for each gun then decide what you want. I got a spyder TL+. Its a great gun and works awesome. Only needs a new barrel. As you may read, stay away from the spyder shutter because of its open bolt design and really crappy stock barrel. Good luck.

JR. - all spyders are open bolt, and Almost all spyders have a crappy stock barrel. The only difference between the shutter and the tl plus is a REGULATOR.

i would have to agree with mmanning19.. stay with the spyder one. thats what i have and i upgrades the hell outa it. there is soem many things you can do to any spyder put there is no point in having another spyder if your only going to use one...

all spyders are the same. its really crazy to have 30 guns that are all the same with different names. the more expensive ones just have more crap that any upgrader will change. of course this is my opinion but if you look at the differences im sure you will see that most of the extra stuff you will pay for, you will want to upgrade.

yea the amg does not need to be upgraded at all (except of course the barrel) its easy if you want to run at extremely low pressures with it, you just need a maddman valve. Oiva from the kingman forums runs his at 150 psi 280 fps, and he only has a rocket valve and spring kit (also a thor reg, i don't really count it) with 150 psi your effeciency goes through the roof!

the best looking spyder with the lowest price is the e-99.

All spyders are pretty much the same. The non electronic ones like the Xtra can pretty much be made into an E-99, or imagine, or electra, etc. by just putting an esp frame on it or a sprint.
